Hell yeah. Between Space Camp, Weird Science, and Wargames, I spent the late 80s and early 90s believing kids could use computers to do anything.

I am/is/was a space nerd. I saw Space Camp in the theater. Even then, as enthusiastic as I was, I knew it was a bad movie.
How old are your kids? I’ve got a 5 and 8 year old. We’ve covered a couple of the Herbie movies, Apple Dumpling Gang, everything Muppet, Back to the Future and the original Superman movie. For the eight year old we’ve hit Ghostbusters, Goonies and Wrath of Khan. They are up to speed with a Star Wars of course. There are others as well. Naturally all the contemporary films are covered.

Not related, but I apologize for dropping off the map regarding any potential plans. I had some stuff come up, didn’t really know what was going on for a little while and never really followed through with anything. Anyways, thanks again for your (offered) hospitality.

Hadn't thought about Iron Eagle and I was never a huge fan of Short Circuit. We made it half way through Big Top Pee Wee before the kids called it quits. My daughter does like the show though.
